Is my child eligible for transport to and from school?
Depending on:
• the school they attend (regular, Quran, private)
• where you live (urban, rural)
• the distance you live from your priority area school (minimum 250m)

What is the distance criterion used for school transport?
To be eligible for school transport, students must live:
• minimum of 250 m and maximum of 3 km from their nearest appropriate school - for students attending regular mainstream schools
• minimum of 250 m and maximum of 6 km from their nearest appropriate school - for students attending Quran schools
How do I obtain a vehicle pass ID for my child to travel to and from school?
Parents need to complete an application form which is available from:
• schools
• the education zones
• via TTC Customer Services,
• a form can be downloaded from our website using the link provided - Related Link
The completed form must be returned to respective School Admissions at the beginning of school year, where it will be assessed. You will be notified directly if your child does not qualify for free transport.
Where does my child collect their vehicle pass ID from?
If your child qualifies for free transport the vehicle pass ID will be sent directly to the school your child attends within seven working days of the form being received.
My child lost her vehicle pass ID. How does my child obtain a replacement vehicle pass ID?
Notify the respective school of the need for a replacement vehicle pass. The school forwards a request to the Operator who sends the school the replacement vehicle pass ID.
Can my child travel on a different vehicle to the one on which a place is allocated?
If it is essential that your child changes vehicles you should contact the respective school to discuss your options who will then evaluate your case and advise you accordingly.
Can you give me information on the route and times that my child will travel on to and from school?
You should contact the respective school for information on routes and times.
My child will be absent; who do I notify?
If you are aware of an absence in advance, please contact the respective school and the school will contact the driver/operator, instructing them not to pick up the student.
I need to raise a complaint?
Please contact the respective school and lodge your complaint, if you are not satisfied with the response you can escalate your concern by contacting Tatweer Educational Transportation Company online or by letter to the following address:

How long do the second response-students wait at school?
For the second response, the waiting time between the first and the second journey shall not exceed 45 minutes maximumly.
What are the school stages that are entitled to applying for the school transportation service?
-All the public education and the Holy Quran memorizing students (governmental).
- How long does it take for the first response within the cities?
- 35 minutes maximumly.
How can we choose the female students who deserve the school transportation service?
They are chosen by the monitor at each school according to priority and need in applying for the transportation request, done by the students.
-What are the priority and need criteria?
-The farthest the student lives, the more she is qualified for the school transportation.
-If both of the parents work, the student will be given the priority over those whom their parents don't work and if she is an orphan, then she is given the ultimate priority.
