On November 28, December 03 and December 08, 2012 Tatweer Educational Transportation Services Company (TTC) published an invitation to transportation operators and those interested in providing transportation services for selected regions of the Kingdom.
TTC published the bid invitations in multiple local newspapers: Alriyadh, Okaz, Aleqtisadiah, Alyoum, Alwatan.
